Business Contact Manager configuration

First things first

After a successful Business Contact Manager installation, you need to set your system settings.

Log in, go to "Control Panel" form user menu(top right), now you are in the admin side.

All you need can find in the left sidebar menu. The admin sidebar contains:

1. Dashboard

In the Dashboard you able to see the last 5 requests, a statistic of the requests, a quick report and a statistics of invoices.

2. Invoices

A list of all invoices is able to display, search, edit, send, and view in this page.

3. Requests

In this page, you are able to have all forms submission. You have a filter to search in this list. Each request/submission has an Open button that you can click on it to open the request to process(Read, Close or Send message and etc.).

You can also mark the requests/submissions as read or unread. In this page, you are able to remove a request/submission.

4. Private Submissions

If you want to send a form as private to an email address or see the formes that you before sent, click on this menu. In the list, you have just which form when sent to which email address.

5. Forms

By clicking on Forms you will able to search, set and build your forms.

6. Lists of Forms

The Lists of Forms will use for those inputs in forms that need to have a list(like a select box, a list of checkboxes or a multi-select box and etc.). 

2.3. Quick replay texts

There is a feature to preset some message that you almost use(such as a sign, payment information, rules etc.). This texts will be shown in the admin send message form as some buttons that with a click, the text will insert at the end of the text editor.

2.6. Settings

In the Settings of Contacts, you are able to set some display options.

7. Members

There is a list of all your website members. You will able to add, edit, ban, or remove a user. You also have a report page of each user to see the user's related data.

8. Languages

In this part, you are able to manage your system languages.

For each language, there are two translations(static text translations & send email messages).

IMPORTANT
If you leave the fields in "Email Messages" empty, the emails from your system would not send.

Add new language

There is a button at top of the list "Add New+"  that you can click on it to add a new language to your system.

There is a selectbox "Language" that have 32 languages(English, Arabic, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Bulgarian, Bengali/Bangla, Catalan, Czech, Dutch, German, Greek, Spanish, Persian, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Lithuanian, Latvian/Lettish, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Sanskrit, Slovak, Slovenian, Serbian, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese, Chinese).
For these languages there are some default translations of codeigniter framework(such as form validations and etc.). If your wish language is not exists in the top list, you shall choose other  from the "Language" selectbox, then choose a directory name and language code. Then you have to add manualy those translation files(Codeigniter language files) on the project.

IMPORTANT
The language code should contains just two lowercase english alphabet.

Other fields in add/edit language form(such as Flag, Title, Order, Direction RTL, Public and Default language) is a dependence on your choice.

9. Articles

Articles is a CMS feature to make some detail page(such as rules, descriptions or guides and etc.) for your website.

10. Navbar

There is the feature of add, edit and sort top & bottom links on your Business Contact Manager system.

In this part, you are able to have an external link or any internal links. To set an internal link(the ling of your website) you need just put the addresses after language prefix.

To set an article address just put "article/[your document URI]"

11. Images

What you uploaded to your library as admin, you can manage them in this part. Also if you need to upload an image to use in an article, you can use this part of Business Contact Manager.

12. Settings

12.1. General

You can set your company name, site logo, site fav icon, and homepage title, description and keywords in this page.

12.2. Advance

Some advance options are avalable in this part. 

If you want to use the google invisible recaptcha2 on your system, you only need to fill "Google invisible reCaptcha API site key" , "Google invisible reCaptcha API secret key", and let "Google captcha" on.

12.3. Date & Time

In this part you can set your system timezone and the format of diplay date and time.

12.4. Send mail

On Business Contact Manager you are able to set the email address that you want the automatic emails sent from it. You are able to use SMTP protocol to send those emails.

12.5. Auto email messages

On this page you can manage all email messages that send from your Business Contact Manager.

12.5. Social Links

Here you can add your social mediia or social networks links with thair icons at the footer.

12.6. T&C, Privacy Policy

You can set your system Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy in this page. If you active this option, all submission forms on your system will get an extra fild "Accept T&C and Privacy Policy", that it will be required to check.

12.7. Forms Display

On this page, you will be able to set some display options for your system.

12.8. Requests Quick Replay

12.9. Payment APIs

You will have a list of online payment APIs that already installed on your system. You can edit its name, font icon, or activate status. With clicking on the white button of each payment API, you will able to edit the your connections data of the API provider.

12.10. Invoice & Currency

On this page you will able to set your currency dispay options and the  invoice settings.

In the top bar in the admin side is a link "View site" to open homepage in a new tab. If you click on the logo in the top bar you will redirect in the homepage.
